Apple Brie Appetizer
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 apple peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 (9 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Country Apple Butter
- 1 (8 oz.) round Brie cheese room temperature
- Crackers, any variety
- MELT butter in medium sauce pan over low heat. Add apple slices and saute until apples are clear and lightly brown.
- STIR in apple butter to warm. Cool slightly and arrange on top and around sides of brie. Serve immediately with crackers.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
