Apple Brie Appetizer


  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 apple peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 to 3/4 (9 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Country Apple Butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) round Brie cheese room temperature
  • Crackers, any variety


  1. MELT butter in medium sauce pan over low heat. Add apple slices and saute until apples are clear and lightly brown.
  2. STIR in apple butter to warm. Cool slightly and arrange on top and around sides of brie. Serve immediately with crackers.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
