Cranberry Baked Brie


  • 1 pound Brie cheese
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (9.6 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • Assorted crackers


  1. HEAT oven to 500°F. Remove top rind of Brie to within 1/4 inch of edge all the way around.
  2. SPRAY cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Place brie on cookie sheet. Spread relish over top of brie. Sprinkle with pecans.
  3. BAKE 10 minutes. Move cheese to serving dish and surround with assorted crackers. Serve immediately.
