Cranberry Baked Brie
- 1 pound Brie cheese
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (9.6 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- Assorted crackers
- HEAT oven to 500°F. Remove top rind of Brie to within 1/4 inch of edge all the way around.
- SPRAY cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Place brie on cookie sheet. Spread relish over top of brie. Sprinkle with pecans.
- BAKE 10 minutes. Move cheese to serving dish and surround with assorted crackers. Serve immediately.
