Jazzy Guacamole


  • 4 to 5 ripe avocados peeled, quartered, and seeded
  • 1 (8.75 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and ground pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Corn tortilla chips


  1. MASH avocados in bowl with fork until chunky. Add relish and lime juice and combine with fork.
  2. SEASON with salt & pepper. Mound on bed of lettuce and/or serve with tortilla chips.

Yield: 8 servings
