- 4 to 5 ripe avocados peeled, quartered, and seeded
- 1 (8.75 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and ground pepper
- Corn tortilla chips
- MASH avocados in bowl with fork until chunky. Add relish and lime juice and combine with fork.
- SEASON with salt & pepper. Mound on bed of lettuce and/or serve with tortilla chips.
