Strawberry Mango Lime Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dickinson's® Pacific Mountain® Pure Seedless Strawberry Preserves
  • 1/2 cup Dickinson's® Lime Curd
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 mango peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced gingerroot
  • 4 tall serving glasses chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. BLEND preserves, curd, banana, yogurt, ice, juice, mango and ginger in food processor or blender until smooth and well combined. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
