Sweet 'n' Tangy Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 3/4 (8.75 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Dickinson's® Pure Patterson Apricot Preserves
  • or 2 to 3 tablespoons Dickinson's® Purely Fruit® Orange Spreadable Fruit
  • or 2 to 3 tablespoons Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup pecans chopped

Directions

  1. MIX cream cheese, relish, preserves and ginger in medium bowl. Chill about 1 hour.
  2. FORM chilled mixture into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill additional 2 to 3 hours. Serve with bread, crackers or raw vegetables.
