Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Coconut Curd
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar maraschino cherries drained, halved
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

Directions

  1. ADD coconut curd and sour cream to large bowl. Stir together until mixed. Stir in remaining ingredients in above order. Spoon into serving dish. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Yield: 8 to 12 servings
