Black Sweet Cherry Trifle


  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Pure Black Sweet Cherry Preserves
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 (16 oz.) pound cake cubed
  • 1 cup tart cherries
  • 1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding prepared as directed
  • Frozen whipped topping thawed
  • Mint leaves


  1. FOLD preserves into whipped topping in medium bowl. Place half of cake cubes on bottom of 2-quart glass bowl or trifle dish. Layer half of cherries on cake and follow with half of preserves mixture and half of pudding. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with whipped topping and mint leaf garnish, if desired.
