Coconut Chocolate Dessert Shells


  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Coconut Curd
  • 1 (4 oz.) package cream cheese softened
  • 8 chocolate dessert shells
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh strawberries
  • Mint leaves


  1. BEAT cream in bowl until stiff peaks form. Stir together coconut curd and cream cheese in separate bowl until smooth. Fold whipped cream into curd mixture. Pipe or spoon mixture into chocolate shells. Top with coconut, strawberries and mint leaf, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.

Yield: 8 servings
