Cranberry Apple Crisp
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (9.6 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish
- 5 to 6 cups apples peeled, cored and cubed
- 1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups granola
- Vanilla ice cream
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Mix relish, apples, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with granola.
- BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
