Cranberry Apple Crisp


  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 (9.6 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cranberry Relish
  • 5 to 6 cups apples peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST™ All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups granola
  • Vanilla ice cream


  1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Mix relish, apples, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with granola.
  2. BAKE 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
