Easy Pumpkin Mousse


  • 1 (9 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Country Pumpkin Butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping thawed, plus additional for garnish
  • Ground cinnamon


  1. BLEND pumpkin butter with milk in medium bowl using electric mixer. Add dry pudding and mix on low. Fold in whipped topping. Divide into 4 serving dishes. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with additional topping and sprinkle of cinnamon.

Yield: 4 servings
