Mini Banana Split Dessert Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Banana Curd
  • 2 boxes of 15 mini phyllo shells
  • 1 banana diced
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 15 maraschino cherries cut in half

Directions

  1. SPOON one teaspoon curd into each shell. Top with bananas, pineapple, strawberries, whipped topping, chocolate chips and cherries, in that order. Serve immediately.

Yield: 30 dessert cups
