Raspberry Lemon Dream Shakes


  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cascade Mountain™ Pure Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Dickinson's® Lemon Curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt or ice milk
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish


  1. ADD all ingredients to blender container and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired.
  2. FOR smoother texture, puree preserves before adding remaining ingredients.

Yield: 4 servings
