Apricot-Glazed Balsamic Salmon


  • 6 (7 oz.) salmon fillets
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Pure Patterson Apricot Preserves
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray


  1. HEAT grill to medium. Sprinkle salmon with garlic salt. Mix vinegar and preserves in small bowl to make glaze; reserve 1/2 cup. Brush remaining glaze over salmon. Spray grill grate with no-stick cooking spray. Grill salmon, covered, 3 to 4 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve with reserved glaze.
