Creamy Citrus Dressing
- 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell® Orange Marmalade
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Dickinson's® Lemon Curd
- 3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- PLACE all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Puree until smooth.
- Try this zesty-tasting dressing on any type of lettuce garnished with some toasted almonds and red onion slices or mandarin oranges. It would also be great as a dip.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups (6 to 8 servings)
