Apricot Ginger Meat Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Dickinson's® Pure Patterson Apricot Preserves
  • or 3/4 cup Dickinson's® Purely Fruit® Apricot Spreadable Fruit
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. ADD all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until well mixed. Transfer to microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH 50 to 60 seconds to warm before serving.
  2. Serve with grilled poultry, pork or beef tenderloin, or fish.

Yield: 2 cups (4 to 6 servings)
