Apricot Ginger Meat Sauce
- 3/4 cup Dickinson's® Pure Patterson Apricot Preserves
- or 3/4 cup Dickinson's® Purely Fruit® Apricot Spreadable Fruit
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ADD all ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until well mixed. Transfer to microwave-safe bowl and microwave on HIGH 50 to 60 seconds to warm before serving.
- Serve with grilled poultry, pork or beef tenderloin, or fish.
Yield: 2 cups (4 to 6 servings)
